Alleluia...............someone is finally seeing it my way.
I have stated that very same thing when CTP engaged their own IE to prepare his report, but I was shot down in flame by some well contrarian poster.
It also appears that ASIC has now sent someone to investigate some "Independent Experts" and their reports as it appears that they might have used information totally supplied by the company themselves, and not based on some real independent research of their own. Someone might have brought the issue up to them that some of these IE are not actually acting as been strictly independent at all when they are preparing what they have been engaged to do.
I wonder what will come out from all of that.
In closing, will CTP's used/engaged IE one which might be visited by the ASIC office.?? Time will tell.
Will thing change if he is......................I very much doubt it as ASIC only uses feathers pulled out form some old unused feather dusters to punish any culprits if and when found/caught out.
Naughty boy...don't do it again...that's all... For, if not and if a different attitude is taken can you imagine the headaches which will be caused as a result.???
