I would like you to forward a few questions to the board of CGB please!
1) As Meyer Gutnick is an Independent Director of CGB and has an interest, position and close Family (Nephew) relationship with Rebbetzin Pnina Feldman Executive Chairperson CEO and Sholom Feldman Managing Director of CGB, is the Board of Directors of the opinion that this does not compromise the independence of Meyer Gutnick as a director of CGB, by the nature of the interest, position and relationship?
2) And has the Board of CGB released an explanation to the ASX of why the board is of that opinion?
3) If yes to any of these questions would you please point me in the directions of such announcements?
