Hi vermav, have been doing a bit of research also. I feel that it is a bit ambiguous. I am getting a mining, scientist friend of mine to check it out.

I will then contact ITC and HRR to get a response. It will be interesting to see what they say.

Based on the details as I see it, both ITC and Herron could do very well out of this Kalgoorlie venture, or stuff up a bit. I am not interested in being in the ride if the later.

Will post my science friend's info asap ... probably not until tomorrow. About to visit a friend or two, on their country property and possibly drink a bit too much red, I think I need to do this. Actually, one of the guys that will be there is a mining operations guy that is often in the know, be interesting what he has to say.
