erj are aquiring 100% of cogen by issuing 41701418 shares in erj. They are also looking to raise 5-10000000. Rolf Hasselstrom also gets some benifit, he already is a major shareholder in erj. It looks like the company is consolidating and positioning itself for expantion as and when required. It would of course be a major + If american green investors came on board. Then there would be coarse for much confidence in the company
