Only with current shareholding you would need a PBT of $335 mill and then all the profit paid as dividend.

Maybe that is possible though with $630 mill for GP, take out a $100 for admin costs and the big bonus payments leaves $530 mill pre tax $371 post. Payout $335 as dividends and it still leaves $36 mill for expansion, replacement of equipment etc. Done job
