Its not hype as you put it.
The jorc has not given shareholders accurate figures.
They can only come with mining.
So (my guess) the company tries to let shareholders know what they have their hands on when they have no official figures (yet) to give them.
We will get the accurate figures when they are available.
If they are good I'm sure the yelling will come from here 'that's all they have.'
We shall see.
I think most of those interested in buying now are trying to talk it down?
