How can two directors not vote / support a capital return - what are they hiding ??? do they represent Sandon ?

Question: why would 2 Directors support the same thing (capital return) under a different Board ? why not now ?
Answer - because potentially the intention is to never pay it out and keep it (CASH) e.g not giving capital return to all shareholders and Sandon keeping it all tho themselves -
Declare your reasons or do the honourable thing and resign - small shareholders are sick of being shafted by pretend independence - more info requried
