Actually with the added cash of $500,000 hopping in the bag from BPO this week one of SLA's reasons for not having an independent director at this point in time may have been been removed - depending on where you view it from. The reason was that there was no spare capital for luxuries like ind/directors. This is not such an issue now and someone may care to raise it at the EGM in a few weeks time.
