    Peter Stedwell is no longer classed as independent. It is astonishing that he ever was, since he is a big shareholder and employed by SLA. That relationship flies in the face of ASX guidelines. Presumably somebody 'had a word' and he is no longer claimed as an independent director. There is no independent director.
