    I cant believe you guys are still on about that.

    There are around 700 odd companies affected by Opus, most of these 700 would have had at least 1 if not numerous independent directors but they're all still in the same position.

    Given Denis credentials in corporate restructure, im sure the guys know what they're doing. In time or the near future - SLA may choose to appoint an independent, especially now that they are in production.
