I wasn't thinking of companies merely "affected by Opes".
Nor was I thinking of companies where external people had entered into margin loans to buy SLA.
I was thinking of a company without an independent director, whose Directors entered into margin loans to buy their own company's shares.
How many of the 700 companies with independent directors, and "affected" by Opes, are in that position?
