tadech I'm not selling 'cause this deal stinks. There is nothing good about it as far as i'm concerned. Bushsteal price may be a bit more liquid because you guys think you are going to get LMRs $16.4m!!!but its going to be alot harder now.
I admit there will be many ways LMR may lose its cash to Bushsteal, but we still do have laws where directors are responsible to all shareholders. not just Bushsteal.
The dual directors set this steal up. thank heavens for indep directors.
I have written my investment off. I will vote for anything that does NOT help Bushsteal. That may not be logical but it is satisfying.
