I don't understand your logic.

The Lemur share price is going to be depressed as long as the bmn share price is.

This means even if you have not taken up the bmn share offer your share will carry on going down in value or up in value in line with BMN's share price.

Please tell me your logic for not accepting the deal? You have nothing to loose by accepting but everything to gain.

Where do you see the future for LMR share price?
