Thanks for the response Andrew. I keep an eye on the TMF board so I have just been reading your responses there too and admire the way you have handled some pretty direct questions. To be honest I also admire the way you have avoided answering a few of their irrelevant ones as well !

Does it change my mind on your suitability? Well somewhat but the area I struggle with is the synergy between small private company experience and the realities of a growing mid size listed company operating on a world stage. Lets not debate it here as there is no point, I'm sure many directors have succesfully made the transition.
