    Sorry, there is a correction. I said the independent directors do not believe acceptance is in the best interests of shareholders. What I meant to say was that I do not believe it is in the best interests of shareholders. The independent directors DO BELIEVE SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD ACCEPT.

    SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION. I simply left out the 'I' in my rush, and cannot find a way to edit my initial note.
