PKF who were the indpendent experts sate without equivocation SKG is NOT a viable entity.

with decreasing sales and cash outflows will ONLY survive if they acquire Epay.

furthermore they went on to say Epay had some very favourable taxation treatment which would NOT happen under Australian Law.

and still raised some issues over further funding which SKG would be required to do.

alll in all.....the deal looks rotten to me.

why Loh would sell it to SKG raises more questions then answers.
