    chines are not that bad, you just have to hold the line . They are very good at wearing you down, persistence is a virtue with these guys.

    IMO you just have to say NO! ...keep saying NO! ....they will keep coming back with the same offer, and then finally they will relent if they are serious.

    I think they are serious....so my answer to 45c is NO!
