- RCI's three highly prospective coalfields in QLD. Each of the projects is known to contain large deposits of metallurgical coal suitable for steel-making. In total, coal resources are estimated to exceed 760 million tonnes.

The bid of $0.25/share, values RCI just over AUD$100 million. It is likely the Independent expert report will say that the bid is far undervalued.
