The typical mon-and-pop would lose their bowels reading the "risk" section of the doco and instantly vote YES.

If the instos haven't been buying on behalf of BHP (as some suggested - not me), then deal is almost out the window IMO.

Now, if instos have been mopping me on behalf of BHP (as some conspiracy theorist have previously suggested), would that constitute some kind of breach with the regulators ??
