    Bet they'll hire some mid-small tier firm to do the IER, on the basis of historical VWAPs most likely.

    I imagine the reason it took so long to get to this announcement was because management were busy working out a deal with BHP to get them to pay out their options.

    I bet CRM are real happy with them at the moment too lol
