Independent Expert Report

Has anyone been through the Independent Expert Report?

I noticed that despite pages and pages of justification in the calculation of the value of the operations, the Expert then reduces the upper value of the range down by almost 5% because they thought it too optimistic. Put that almost 5% back onto the $5.35 and you get $5.60. Now how happy are you with the offer.

Also consider that 2022 was a bumper year, which should have given us a final dividend of around 9 cents, which is rightfully ours, and their offer of $5.23 reduces to $5.14. Now are you happy with the offer?

I have voted no but I need to nominate a proxy. I do not want to have the chairman do it!
