My question. Is it not possible for each Dispute Notice to be resolved by the IE separately?
Given the considerable time (lost) since the Notices were given to the IE, we shareholders and the market in general deserve a meaningful update rather than we expect a determination in June/mid to late July type bullshit. Also I would expect COB to advise the market as soon as it receives any determination rather than after it has considered any such determination.
