independent expert valuation report

Don't suppose anyone out there has a working knowledge of what's permitted / required in the development of these reports?

My question is whether it is acceptable for stakeholders (ie us) to make a submission outlining the arguments for a higher price.

Is there any obligation for the directors to forward these submissions and do the authors need to acknowledge this 'data'?

Guess I should know this stuff but never thought of taking this step.
