    Interestingly, both parties have the right to terminate this agreement if the independent expert (appointed by SDL no lesS)"opines that the scheme is not in the best interests of Shareholders".

    I can see it now, expert valuation comes back @ $0.75 and Hanlong terminates takeover in the 'interests of shareholders' - yeah right!
