Table 4/section 4.9 of the independent experts report received by mail. There appears to be a mystery income item - other income $380k. Without this the PBT is a measly 88k.
From AIR's latest financial report there is 376 k for - "Reimbursement of research, development and other related costs", however that sounds more like income for the sunscreen and household goods side of the business to me.

There may be a good explanation, but without any extra information I will have to vote against. Very amateur report!
