Sav-J, You are correct, I have no legal expertise in the contractual obligations pertaining to farm out agreements in the oil,gas or mineral sector. You are also correct that I am impatient. I prefer the term maverick to cowboy as I am not that fond of livestock, unless it is on a plate. I still believe that CTP could have commenced drilling and INCLUDED that in their negotiations. If that is impossible then I truly stand corrected. If offering that opinion makes me uneducated then so be it. The world is full enough of educated fools.
