I really don't see the relevance of whether JK is commenting on HC or not. To my knowledge, correct me if I am wrong, there is no rule that a CEO (which he is not any longer - of SP1 anyway) cannot post as long as the CEO has made their status known to HC (not other posters). As for me, I would welcome JK correcting the plethora of misinformation about SP1 and about JK himself (either directly or through a person employed for that purpose) since he would have the most knowledge concerning these matters. There are individuals who have posted an abundant number of nefarious abhorrent defamatory statements about JK and since I doubt he would waste his money on suing such trivial individuals it is fitting that these statements are challenged here on HC where they are made. The shares are not trading, so his participation, if it does exist, cannot be seen as promoting the purchase of shares or driving the share value upwards.
