The shares are not trading, so his participation, if it does exist, cannot be seen as promoting the purchase of shares or driving the share value upwards.

I honestly don't have time to post of HC.... way to busy running things successfully offshore! We have a few excellent opportunities in front of us, so I'd prefer to focus on planning and execution to set things up for the recovery, which is some months away.
