There seems to be a delay going on with the COGCC. It's now 60 days (BNL said 30 to 40 days) since they received our Form 2 for the first 4 wells at Galactica/Pegasus area and not a peep out of them.....and let's be honest .....BNL's communication updates are heading in the same direction.

They spoiled us with a dozen or so announcements in Sep and a further 4 in October but since then, nothing of any significance.

I'm not sure whether the marketing team in BNL understand the current market and how important it is to keep beating the BNL drum and getting news out there. You only have to look at the Desert Mountain Energy website to see what a professional Helium producing company looks like!

I'm sure there will be people out there that will correct me if I'm wrong but I think we are currently waiting on 3 or 4 major announcements to happen before the end of the Quarter.

1. 4 Drilling Permits for Galactica/Pegasus to be approved. I can't seem to find it but I seem to remember they were only going to drill 1 well and that was going to be drilled Q4.
2. Sproule to declare a Contingent Resource in Galactica/Pegasus Q4
3. Development & FEED study for Voyager Q4
4. A Sammons Well update would be nice!

I'm still buying this end and so as always ....DYOR
