We are still waiting for the 4 drilling permit approvals for Galactica-Pegasus OGDP I, which should have been approved 2 weeks ago. Looking at the COGCC site, it would look like they have approved permits for other Companies, where the Form2 was submitted the week before ours. Any day now I think.

The next 3 drills for Galactica-Pegasus OGDP II (I believe these were called Jackson 1 to 3) have a hearing date of the 28th Dec 2022. If everything is approved, the form 2 will be submitted early Jan 2023 and hopefully have Drill Permits in March 2023.

Then there's the 2 drills for Voyager. They have a hearing date of 1st Feb 2023. Once again, if approved, we should be looking at April 2023 for drill permits.




Finally, there is 4 drills for Galactica-Pegasus OGDP III. Still going through the initial process but I would expect a Hearing date for end of Feb/Begining of March 2023, with drill permits following in May 2023.

Considering we probably won't start drilling in Galactica/Pegasus 1 till Jan 2023, it would appear we should be drilling or have the approvals to drill for 13 drills in the first 6 months of 2023.
