Contingent resources although in the discovered category are still sub-commercial per the reserves/resources schematic below. Looks like further drilling might be needed to prove up some reserves depending on what's in the pending resources/reserves report from Sproule.
In terms of funding in my opinion lenders like certainty which is to lend ideally against proven commercial reserves in the ground plus an offtake agreement.
Hence without reserves soon more drilling is needed or a key is developing it with a leased plant for first revenues. Given debt finance is easier to get once there are some proven commercial reserves to help underpin any loan.
Per this link Nasco had probable reserves which is the "2P" per the schematic of about 2.5bcf of helium to help underpin the loan they got plus the offtake.
