    I doubt if many believe in a " Bharat Tooth Fairy " but a sell down of current holding in A 2 to either B. or AWE is obvious possibility.
    A rts issue to current holders only at 1.5cts with free option at 5cts attached - 400 m shares to raise $6m - would be NO dilution to those who chose to participate. I wld. & wld. subscibe for any shortfall.
    Currently, 974m shares on issue.
