Yes they will need funds to get through the frac. The report is to prove what they have potentially underneath them to bring out. This report was always going to be a preliminary report, until the rest of the well gets cleaned up. Since that was pushed back due to waiting on tubing they had to give out this prelim one at a fairly costly delay, it seems most people expected this to be some mind blowing piece that will skyrocket the shareprice.
IMO the completed report, after all sections are cleaned up will push the price up (partly because if it goes any lower I could probably buy out the company with change I find down the back of the couch, hah).
Even then it might only be to around 5cents a share.
