    What a surprise, not.

    Reading it through at the moment but I see no need for me to accept at this stage. It's all nicely timed to be a straight forward result for MAK - eg independent valuation before further data from Meob, common directors setting it up etc.

    I'll just sit back and wait for now. If they get 90% they'll take my shares at the offer price, if they get 50% then that will dramatically shrink shares for trading and create conditions to drive the price up. MAK as a 50% to 89% shareholder will be good for me if I want to sit in BON because they'll be forced to support any capital raising thereby effectively underwriting 50% which will make it much easier to get the other 50% off. In the meantime I'll have the option to sell on market at a better price if the selling pressure currently on MAK happens to magically disappear as MAK posters expect will happen.
