You say that there is

There is NO European partner.

There is NO $25M offtake agreement.

There is NO offtake agreement with upfront payments.

There are NO announcements of any such things.

My suggestion to you is that you read the announcements correctly, instead of spreading misinformation.

And yes there has not been an announcement about a 25m offtake agreement. But there are takeoff agreement in the making, and we will have to wait to see what they are.

Yes that was in an announcement 9 month ago. What came of these discussions and site visits??
Answer Nothing!!
Is there a European partner?? Answer NO, nothing announced.
Is there any type of offtake agreement?? Answer also NO, nothing announced.

Talks, discussions, site visits do not equal an offtake agreement, nor anything about upfront payments.
Even the company recently was suggesting that sales could be into the spot market, p22 of the battery conference presentation (12/3/19), where discussion of the ASX query about no offtakes...."Discussions ongoing/sales into spot market".

If you notice there is not even a worthless non binding MOU with anyone.

There simply are no (European) partners, nor any offtake agreements, nor any pre-paid offtake agreements.

That is not misinformation, just a statement of where the company is currently at. Misinformation is suggesting something exists (offtakes) where it simply doesn't!!
