re: alternative proposal to takeover offer I'd say it's a much better proposal than the CSM bid if the directors are still advising to take no action to the CSM proposal.
Makes me wonder where the TIR share price would really be without the CSM bid.
Looks like we'll get to see now. Maybe it'll turn into a bidding war now. Nickel at record highs, hard to see much downside with TIR
