Yes i agree with that Hotfire-----however Altona has had their finger on the pulse a lot longer than Xstrata and Know Exactly what Roseby is worth------the only mystery is whether the leases not covered by the existing option will be added after the valuation ---or left for Altona to develop by themselves.
