You've answered your own questions and the answer is yes yes and yes.

PS - glad to see you agree about the negative gearing.

My answer is from cloud cuckoo land - both parties agree that negative gearing is corrupting the market at the expense of the "battlers" and both agree to a phased withdrawal of concessions over 10 years, irrespective of who is in power.

But as I said that's cloud cuckoo land, politicians actually thinking about whats best for the people of Australia rather than most thoughts being about getting elected (or remaining elected).
