They're both falling because major targets were met (ES, a trendline target and SPI, a DBW breakout). That's how TA works - every tick is meaningful, and there's no such thing as price "noise". Economic news is made up. They use it to trigger a move up or down when targets have been met. There's nothing random about it. Volume, price & time - it's precise, and the banks control everything.
