Not a great news story agreed but looks like its been leaked by a disgruntled failed steel bidder.
March 3rd will be the opening day. With Saturday March 1st being a "community" open day.
All factors point to beginning of March as the open.
The heavy rain in Melbourne over the weekend won't have helped things along but hopefully it's all still go, go, go!
