Good thing is PEN is part of ALL ORD and is indexed, that's why it moves as per energy Index.
PEN only will move up higher than market if either Resource Upgrade comes out or there is some other positive news.
We can see PDN is down 30% so is PEN 30%.
Pre Japan Crisis PDN 5 dollars PEN 12 cents.
Now PDN $3.50 and PEN is 8.3 cents. Both are down by same percentage.
