I was having a cursory google of "NMDC Legacy Iron Ore Muppets", more in hope than expectation when I discovered that NMDC actually have a facebook page. I simply couldn't bring myself to 'like' them but I was delighted to find this gem on the front page:

As per recent reports NMDC is planning to undertake overseas mining in Australia or USA. Legacy Iron Ore(LCY) / NMDC company will acquire majority stakes in other projects in Australia, with Legacy as the vehicle to hold that interest.

Barely able to hold in my excitement it was only then that I noticed that section had unfortunately last been updated on January 13th. Which of course ties in with El Capitano Nanda's ridiculous promises about purchasing Mt Bevan at the turn of the year.
