that is a bloody good find.
i work with many engineers and almost all of them say the same thing - it doesnt make sense.
i note also that there are one or two engineers on this forum that agree.
and i stand by what i said to misty that if one agrees with the notion of carbon trading especially as put forth by wong and rudd then they are agreeing to the eventual demise of our country.
