China will use more scrap in the next decade. Fair argument but this won't happen for a while as the buildings are newish and the rest of Chinas population is still urbanizing and moving into the new infrastructure. As for India, its quality of IO is low and it will definitely need higher grade to build what they are planning and lots of it.
Let talk about scrap in 10 years when it comes in play. I'm talking about now for the next ten years
