Certainly fits the bigger picture of China wanting to garner the whole supply chain of buying and selling Lithium.
India has hardly had time to react to the new technological change and Chinas taking a slice.
It appears the business partnership methodolgy is working very well for them. It shortcuts the barriers to foreign ownership and investment.
Certainly winning the Business War. Economic expansionism without fear of loosing land while boosting wealth to the businesses and business people involved.
