I came across a NET News item that said that NET has a master agreement with Natsoft Corp to distribution NET software in India.
It just does not look right. According to Dun and Bradstreet, Natsoft Corp's total revenue was $54.71 million across all countries and all product lines. This just does not look like a company that can dedicate enough resources to penetrate the Indian market. Protecting your intellectual property in India and China is a serious challenge. Marketing NET software in such a competitive place with rapidly evolving software is an immense job.
It is very doubtful that a relatively small company like Natsoft Corp can step up to the mark and sell NET products in India at a scale that is required.
