    My guess is that ORP has bought out Bharrup's India share of the diamonds. Bharrup has been on the nose in India and they can't get the licence back while he is involved. If we remove his involvement and go back to court it will be a formality to get the licence back.
    This is only speculation but it is a logical move and with the diamond interest back ORP is blue sky material.
