School boy error......nail on the head if you ask me; although from many an investors should have bailed after...news of successful ALDP news and on that spike...and some waiting for the secondary spike of LY / ECT announcing take up of their primary site at LY after ALDP confirmation....investors out and maybe waiting to re enter ..but when...commercialisation would t have happened for 8 to 10 in LY ..too much infrastructure to go in .... Yes schoolboy error ( although the investors bailed and most likely did well) , the carrot was flicked out..but the road to commercialisation would have been a long one..waiting on infrastructure , 10 years....a few other emerging techs in that time IMO too

Not likely in the south...all the burners are located on mine mouth; north...coal India has got approval for 3 major rail links capable of shifting approx 300m tonne of coal up north and constructed by 2016/17 $2billion

IMO the government also fell for the school boy error....ye billions of tonnes ...dollar signs in the eyes...unfortunatley not infrastructure to shift it ...a $90m fund pot arranged before a multi billion dollar problem was sorted out...schoolboy error is right Lautrec !
