Prosperman, if I read the clarification announcement correctly

'The Company is exploring its legal options with respect to certain rumours being circulated.'

Well it would appear that management are staying quite... They aren't going to post their feelings on HC and they won't hit asx / website with their feelings until they have legal options looked into IMO.

Do you think that these 'rumours' are not the ones that have emerged on HC? Most likely they are.....why post that statement on a shareholders update and post the letter from the DPI and a rundown on times / dates of phone calls and letters from the DPI on the last couple of days before ALDP update.... That run down of DPI correspondence and timing seems to be , IMO a total contradiction to the whole ' the company knew about ALDP outcome ages ago!!!!'

The rundown is printed and then the statement

"The Company is exploring its legal options with respect to certain rumours being circulated.'

IMO from that update ....they aren't going to stay silent on it.. Again all in my opinion only
