I guess there are tipping points, obe wan, in both directions. Ash has mentioned a few in the upwards and onwards direction now primarily towards India. Positive attitude HC posts are fine and fine to cite as key premise in prefaced rebukes. But if money is 'available' I would like to see evidence otherwise it's just a ramp veiled as 'researched opinion' imo. I would ask, 'how much is the 'available' money going to cost?' Based on my own 'Lind on the move' research, for example, yet to be published, it probably wont be cheap. However, there is merit in your argument, but i have to rush - Salvos are putting on an Aussie Day lunch and i cant afford to miss it. Cheers
